Speedo Sprints is a target meet for all club swimmers aged 8 to 13.
All members can enter this meet.
It consists of 4 x 50m of all strokes – great practice for your school carnivals.
8-10 year olds are in the morning session and 11-13 year olds are in the afternoon session.
There will be coaches at both the morning and afternoon sessions.
